✦ TERMS OF CONDITION AND SERVICE ✦

• Please read all terms and conditions before requesting for a commission! •

✧ GENERAL TERMS ✧

• You are allowed to use it (RP, Print posters, Pins, etc.) for personal, non-profit use, commercial use must be discussed first..
• You are allowed to publish the piece (Wips included) in your media as long as it has credits.
• You are NOT allowed to use the piece in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrencies, etc.).
• You are NOT allowed to edit my artwork or remove the signature.
• Turnaround time; 1-2 weeks. TAT is just an approximate time, It depends on the waiting list and complexity of the Commission. (Smaller & simple commissions take me 1-3 days).
• Working days are Monday to Friday. I won’t answer messages regarding commissions on weekends, I will read it but I will not respond!
• Finished commissions will be posted on my RRSS (@AnnoyingWert). I’ll credit and tag you on it.

✧ PAYMENT & COMMISSION PROCESS ✧

• Payments only via Paypal or Bank deposit (Mexico only).
• In case there is a deadline, Rush fee it’s up to 20% of the total price.
• No refunds gonna be allowed after I already started working in your piece.
• Extra character costs, extra details for detailed characters, are up for discussion.• DM your commission information (@AnnoyingWert), talk me about your ideas including; Commission type, Pose and expressions, Character references and email where I can send you an invoice when the time comes. If you are interested in something else from the listed, feel free to talk me about it for me to set prices.
• When the First sketch is sent, you will have unlimited changes as long as it remains in the process of the sketch. After that, any change will have an extra cost.
• Once the final sketch is approved, I will continue the commission after the 100% of the payment is made.
• The final render will be sent via email, Sta.sh or as a Google Drive file.

• Rush fee: % 25 extra corresponding to the total price
• Customs: % 20 extra corresponding to the total price
• Extra characters: % 80 extra corresponding to the total price
• NSFW: This will depend entirely on the subject of the commission, it remains to be discussed.• The prices listed are the base prices! Prices may vary depending on the complexity or details of the designs.
